We want our employees to be able to continuously develop their capabilities and potentials. This is why in 1998 we were the first German company to found a corporate university the "Lufthansa School of Business". Since then, the school has received several awards for its high level of quality. It consolidates programs, initiatives and networks from the different corporate sectors for the further education and development of executive managers and future leaders.
