The data you have entered will be exclusively used to transmit the e-card.
We specifically declare that we will not pass on this data to third parties.

Within the framework of legal regulations we are obligated to store your connection data for 6 months (so-called data preservation).
All data will be deleted after this legally-determined deadline has expired.

We have absolutely no influence on who sends whom a card; we simply make the transmission of the e-cards available.
We would like to inform you that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for the content of the e-card which you have sent.
Vis-à-vis the recipient, the user is the sender and therefore responsible for the content of his/her e-card.

In the case of suspicion of abuse, we are authorized – without being obligated to do so – to communicate all the available information to the person concerned.
