You will then take part in a 1-day Assessment Center in Frankfurt am Main.
If you equally convince us there, you will become part of the smART program.

Within the framework of the smART program you can take part in seminars for both your personal and expert development, as well as attend workshops and events. On our “Focus Days”, guided tours and lectures give you the opportunity to take a closer look at various business sectors within the Group.
We will also assist you in finding further internships with Lufthansa – for example abroad.
During an individual coaching session towards the end of your studies, we will gladly fully advise you with regard to entry and development options within our company.
