Did you already complete a practical semester or an internship with Lufthansa Technik or with one of the companies participating in the graduate program? If so then you can join up to become a member of Technik Talents.
With this program we would like to address all fields of study focusing however on economics, informatics and technology. If you show outstanding performance during your internship and if your department recommends you, you will then receive an invitation to take part in an aptitude test. This aptitude test is also valid as a first step in a future selection process for a possible professional entry at a later time.
Depending on your results, you will then become a member of one of our three mentoring categories (Top Ten, High Performer, Technik Talents) for the duration of the program.

Depending on your mentoring category, the program offers various options as a "one-stop" service:

• We will arrange a further internship at one of our locations abroad.
• Together with your internship mentor, you will determine the topic for your thesis work, which is then set-up in form of a contract.
• In order to improve your chances of obtaining a permanent position, you will take part in recruiting workshops. During which we will also assist you in gaining access to Lufthansa internally-posted positions.
• As a Top Ten participant, you will be invited to attend various seminars on such subjects as presentation techniques, team building, communication, as well as time & personal management.

Within the framework of Technik Talents we will accompany you until your studies are completed and possibly even beyond that as an alumnus. We will enable you to constructively work on your fields of development and to further enhance your strengths. You will receive authentic feedback from us with regard to both your development and your progress. We will make you fit to begin your career.
Furthermore, the program enables you to come in contact with people throughout the corporation hereby setting-up a network which could open doors throughout your further professional life.
