Service Agent Customer Care
Lufthansa offers special services to children traveling on their own, passengers requiring assistance or those who are restricted in their mobility: The department Customer Care is responsible for assisting all our guests who need a helping hand or support during boarding, transferring or disembarking at the airport.
The duties of a Service Agent Customer Care include meeting and accompanying passengers, checking their documents, assisting them at the baggage belt or when transporting baggage; they also carry-out the physical transportation of guests along with their personal accompaniment and support during waiting periods and in continuing their journey.
