Service Professional Ticketing

At the Ticket Counter everything has to do with selling tickets: from the sales pitch to the actual sale and reservation.
Aside from these tasks, the Service Professionals Ticketing deal with the rebooking of passengers who have had to unexpectedly change their plans and in an emergency can even organize a hotel. They also issue replacement tickets for passengers who have lost their original documents.


The department's back office is available to corporate customers. In the airport's transit area, Service Professionals Ticketing at the Transfer Counter take care of reservations, boarding passes or rebookings, hereby offering all services round about tickets.
