"I started working for Lufthansa at the Check-in and now I am a Flight Manager, which means I lead a team of agents. In my free time I do a lot of sports and I am completing training to become an alternative practitioner on the side. I enjoy the multi-cultural atmosphere of my profession and the feeling that my service helps others. Aside from this I appreciate the diversity, then no day is like any other.”

I have been working at the Frankfurt airport since 1996, and as a Lufthansa Check-in Agent since 2001. The things I like most about my profession are dealing with many different people from a variety of cultures and being able to use my foreign language skills. In my free time I like to go to sports events and I love to travel.”

I enjoy my work because I am in constant contact with customers and I can offer good service. Aside from my children, my hobbies are sports, reading and cooking.”
