Flight routes
You will be flying continental/European routes from Berlin.

Training duration
Approximately 6 weeks incl. a route experience training flight onboard a Lufthansa aircraft.

Remuneration during the training phase
380,- EUR monthly (pro rata basis)

Contract length
After a short trainee phase, Senior Flight Attendants will receive an unlimited contract with AviationPower. Deployment will be initially for Lufthansa from Berlin.

Remuneration
The remuneration is regulated by the Collective Labor Agreement of the Federal Service Employers Association (Tarifvertrag des Bundesarbeitgeberverbandes der Personaldienstleister (BAP/BZA) and for the time period of Lufthansa deployment is adjusted to the Lufthansa starting salary. You will receive a monthly salary supplement for your assignment as a Senior Flight Attendant.
Furthermore, during this deployment many additional benefits will be granted.

Vacation
Vacation entitlement during deployment is 42 days a year.
