Please note that each further step implies that the previous step was successfully completed and that there are still positions available.

If you fulfill the general requirements of the position you applied for, you will be notified in your Career Cockpit if you need to complete any position-relevant online tests. You must complete all these tests within 10 days of your application. After having successfully passed the online tests, we will conduct a 30-minute telephone interview with you during which we would like to find out more about you and your motivation for applying to StartCargo.

If you passed the telephone interview successfully, you will be invited to participate in an employment test: you will complete several tests and an interview with Lufthansa. You will also find out more about the trainee program and our company.
If your employment test was successful, you will be invited to a one-day Assessment Center with Lufthansa, where you will take part in individual and group exercises.

We will send you a contract offer if your application received a positive response.
