Lufthansa Technik AG is a founding member of the "Trainee Seal" initiative. The foremost goal of the initiative is to give upcoming
graduates who are interested in beginning their career with a Graduate/Trainee program a clear orientation with regard to the value
and quality of Graduate/Trainee programs.

Lufthansa Technik AG's graduate program StartTechnik received the first awarded seal in December 2011 for its "career supportive
and fair graduate program". The awarding of the seal is subject to specific quality criteria that must be met by the program and
