Service Agent (m/f) Check-in
On the day of departure, the check-in is often the passenger's first contact with our company. This is why customer-oriented and professional procedures are particularly important during that contact. The Service Agents support all the Station's activities within the check-in process and ensure that various procedures are handled in an efficient and service-oriented way.
Your duties will include simple check-in tasks as well as passenger welcoming services or the passing-on of important information.
