Service Agent (m/f) Customer Care

Lufthansa offers special services to children traveling on their own, passengers requiring assistance or those who are restricted in their mobility: The department Customer Care is responsible for assisting all our guests who need a helping hand or support during boarding, transferring or disembarking at the airport.

The duties of a Service Agent Customer Care include meeting and accompanying passengers, checking their documents, assisting them at the baggage belt or when transporting baggage. They also carry out the physical transportation of guests, escort passengers personally and support them during waiting periods and in continuing their journey.
