In 1998, we were the first German company to found a corporate university, the “Lufthansa School of Business”, because we wanted our employees to be able to continuously develop their abilities and potentials. Having since been distinguished by many awards, the school continues to consolidate programs, initiatives and networks from the various areas of further education and the development of executive management and future leaders.
