Goals and changes

Target agreements and feedback

Clear goals create perspectives and encourage motivation. Together with your manager, you will develop goals and measures for your professional and personal development/advancement. These can consist of accompanying concepts and development steps. Once a year, you will then both compare and evaluate whether these goals were reached.

Change of location or department

If your preferences change during the course of your professional life, the Lufthansa internal job market allows you to transfer to other corporate locations or business areas. The Lufthansa Group offers suitable options for varying competencies and interests.

Idea management

Good ideas keep a successful company resourceful. We are always pleased when we receive ideas. Lufthansa employees can pass on their suggestions regarding all fields via our idea management – even those that go beyond their own working area. If the idea is implemented, then we will thank the employee with an appropriate bonus.
